aaloo smosa(smosa stuffed with potato) (for 8 pieces)

1. VERY FINLY GROUNDED WHEAT FLOUR        (250gm)
2.BOILED POTATOS                                                   (4 pieces)
3.MUSTERED OIL                                                       (300ml)
4.CASHEW                                                                   (AT WILL)
5.RASINS                                                                      (AT WILL)
6.CHEESE PIECES                                                       (16 small pieces)
7.SALT                                                                           (AT WILL)
8.RED CHILI POWDER                                               (half tea spoon)
9.Garam Masala                                                           (half tea spoon)
10.TURMERIC POWDER                                            (half tea spoon)
11.AAMCHOOR POWDER                                          (half tea spoon)
12. GREEN CHILI                                                         (2 or 3)

  MATHOD FOR MAKING-first take the wheat flour in a boul mix 2 full tea spoon oil(hot) in flour and crushed it after it mix water in it and make this such type that bread can be made by it.Leave it and take another bowl put in the potatos in crushed form.Now take a pen put 2 full tea spoon oil in it make it hot now pour all potatos in it and mix all the ingredients(from 7 to 12).Mix it well and after 5 min take off from the stove and mix the ingredients(from 4 to 6).Now take the prepared wheat,gove it the shape as bread now cut it into two pieces,stuff the prepared potatos in both pieces and fry it in oil untill it takes the golden colour.Serve it with catchup or chatni.
